• The amber hold indicator will illuminate.

PR ES S COOK KEY TO PRE HE AT

• The green indicator light on the COOK Key will illum inate.

• Last set cookin g temper ature will be displayed.

To cha nge the cook tempe rat ure, press the Up or Down Arro w key.

• The green indicator light on the Time Key and on the Probe Key alternately flash.

PR ES S TI ME KE Y

• The green indicator light on the TIME Key will illum inate.

• Last set time is displayed.

To cha nge the cook time, press the Up or Down Arrow Key.

• The green indicator light on the Time Key will illum inate.

• Halo Heat and Pre -Heat indicator will illuminat e.

The oven is auto matically program med to preheat to the cook temperature .

• The oven will beep when preheate d and the preheat indicator lig ht will go out.

• Both the Read y and Start indicato r lig hts will flash.

The set coo k temperat ure will be maintai ned by the oven and will app ear in the display whi le in the ready/sta rt mod e.

: If the oven is being used for hot NOTE food holdi ng only, adjus t the set

holding tempe rature . Do not press the COOK, TIM E, or PROB E keys.

Load the food inside oven and close

the oven door.

• The display will altern ate bet wee n showing the set hold tem pera ture and the amount of time the produ ct has remained in the holding mode.

HOLD

• The Rea dy indicator light will illuminat e after 2 hour s in the hol d mode .

: The ready indi cator does not

NOTE neces sarily indicate a product-ready sta te. For best results, the product must remain in the oven at the set hol ding temperature for the minimum number of hours indicated in the individual cook ing instruct ions .

• The oven will remain operating in the hold mode unti l the control ON /OFF key is pressed.
