THE OVEN MUST BE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE BEFORE BEGIN NING THE C OLD SM OKE PROCEDURE.
A. Press power s wit ch “ ON.”
B. Press H OLD KEY.
• Press the up ▲ and down ▼ arrow keys to set HOL D temperat ure to 32°F (0°C) .
C. Press and hold the “ SMOKER” key for approx imately 5 seconds unt il an audible signa l (be ep) is hea rd and smok e time is displ ayed .
•Press the up ▲ and d own ▼ arrow keys to select th e smoke t ime i n minute s.
D.Inser t sanitized PROB E i nto the produ ct and a llow t emp erature o f probe t o r each produ ct t emp erature ( approxi mately 10 se cond s).
E. Press PROBE KEY.
• Press th e u p ▲ and d own ▼ arrow keys t o set PROB E tem pera ture to 50°F ( 10°C).
