1.PREPA RE UNIT FOR COOKIN G
A.Insert and adjus t the requir ed numbe r of shelves insid e the cook ing cavity.
Inser t each shelf with curved edge of the shelf towar d the back of the oven.
B.Adjust the insid e door vents as indicate d in the individ ual cooking procedure sele cted .
:ALWAYS KEEP DOOR VENTS NOT E CLOSED WHEN COOKING WITH
THE SMOKING FUNCTION.
C.Insert drip pan on the bottom surface of the oven cavity.
2. PRE HE AT OVEN
A. Press powe r switch “ON.”
B.Press and set “COOK” therm osta t to required coo king temp eratu re.
C. Press and set “PROBE” or “TIME.”
D. Press and set “HOLD” therm osta t to required holding temperatu re.
The oven is autom atically progr ammed to preheat to the set cooki ng temperatu re.
The oven will produ ce an audible signal when fully preheated.
