7. Fasten the bottom rear panel with four screws, and reconnect the cables as they were.

8. Verifythat the PSU is OFF. Attach the power cord.

9. Tighten the fasteners on the front of each disk drive assembly.

10. Set the PSU switch to ON.

11. Test the message server for correct operation by following the procedures in the Installation chapter

in this volume. Verify that the fans are spinning.

Octel 300 Load Resistor Assembly Replacement

If the load resistor assembly malfunctions, it must be replaced with a new one. Do not attempt to replace

or alter the load resistor components or wire harness.
