•Operating system version

•Error numbers and messages received

•Detailed description of the problem and specific questions

•Description of any troubleshooting steps already performed and results

•Serial console and Telnet session logs

2.Brocade DCX 8510-4 serial number

The Brocade DCX 8510-4 serial number (Switch Serial No.) and corresponding bar code are provided on the serial number label, as shown here:
