CNRM

Description: Column Norm Command: Returns the column norm (one-norm) of the array argument.

The column norm of a matrix is the maximum (over all columns) of the sum of the absolute values of all elements in each column. For a vector, the column norm is the sum of the absolute values of the vector elements. For complex arrays, the absolute value of a given element (x, y) is
