Next Hop |
| The IP address of the next hop router for routes that have this set of | |

Origin |
| The source of the route information. The origin can be one of the | |

| • EGP – The routes with this set of attributes came to BGP through | |

| EGP. |

| • IGP – The routes with this set of attributes came to BGP through | |
|
|
| IGP. |
|
| • | INCOMPLETE – The routes came from an origin other than one |
|
|
| of the above. For example, they may have been redistributed |
|
|
| from OSPF or RIP. |
|
| When BGP4 compares multiple routes to a destination to select the | |
|
| best route, IGP is preferred over EGP and both are preferred over | |
|
| INCOMPLETE. | |

Originator |
| The originator of the route in a route reflector environment. | |

Cluster List |

Local Pref |
| The degree of preference for routes that use this set of attributes | |
|
| relative to other routes in the local AS. | |
|
|
| |
Communities |
| The communities that routes with this set of attributes are in. | |
|
|
| |
AS Path |
| The ASs through which routes with this set of attributes have passed. | |
|
| The local AS is shown in parentheses. | |

1.Log on to the device using a valid user name and password for

3.Click on the plus sign next to BGP in the tree view to expand the list of BGP option links.
4.Click on the Attributes link to display the BGP Attributes Entries panel.
