The omnidbutil command is used for Application Recovery Manager internal database (IDB) maintenance tasks. These tasks involve:

The contents of CDB can be exported to and re-created from text files. Text files are

UNICODE.

The omnidbutil options used for exporting and re-creating the contents of CDB are: -readdband -writedb.
