2.To set the Application Recovery Manager “OB2OPTS” and

“ORA_NLS_CHARSET” parameters for the SAP R/3 instance “ICE”, run the following commands on the Application Recovery Manager SAP R/3 client:

util_cmd -putopt SAP ICE OB2OPTS'-debug 1-200 INSTANCE.txt' -sublist Environment

util_cmd -putopt SAP ICE ORA_NLS_CHARSET 'AMERICAN_AMERICA.US7ASCII' -sublist Environment

3.To list the Application Recovery Manager configuration file parameters for the Oracle instance “ICE”, run:

util_cmd -getconf Oracle8 ICE

4.To retrieve the value of the “OB2OPTS” parameter for the Oracle instance “ICE”, run:

util_cmd -getopt Oracle8 ICE OB2OPTS -sublist Environment

5.To remove the value of the “OB2OPTS” parameter for the SAP R/3 instance “ICE”, run the following command on the Application Recovery Manager SAP R/3 client:

util_cmd -putopt SAP ICE OB2PTS -sublist Environment
