Steg k¿det indtil det er brunet, tilf¿r de hakkede tomater og bring blandingen i kog. Kom derefter blandingen i gryden. Kom de resterende ingredienser i gryden. Tilbered pŒ indstillingen H¿j (High) i ca. 3-4 timer eller pŒ Lav (Low) i ca. 6-7 timer

Anbring alle ingredienserne i. S¾t lŒget pŒ og lad det simre ved H¿j (High) indstilling i ca. 4 timer eller ved Lav (Low) indstilling i ca. 6-7 timer.

Steg l¿gene og kom dem i gryden sammen med vin, bouillon, 2 kviste estragon samt krydderier. L¾g lŒget pŒ gryden og lad det koge pŒ H¿j (High) i ca. 3 timer eller pŒ Lav (Low) i ca. 6 timer. Ved slutningen af tilberedningstiden fjernes kyllingestykkerne og holdes varme evt. under folie. Bland majsmel med lidt vand sŒledes at det bliver en bl¿d masse. Tilf¿r det til gryden sammen med fl¿den og r¿r derefter godt. Kom kyllingestykkerne tilbage i gryden, kom lŒget pŒ og lad blandingen koge i den resterende tid, indtil blandingen tykner.
