Ha poteter, hvitl¿k og kraft i kokekaret. Kok pŒ Sterk (High) i 2-3 timer. Ta ut innholdet og kj¿r i hurtigmikseren til du fŒr ¿nsket konsistens. Ha blandingen i kokekaret igjen og tilsett ost, gressl¿k og salt og pepper. La det stŒ pŒ Sterk (High) i ytterligere 30 minutter. F¿r servering kan du ha i ekstra ost og fl¿te.

2 middelsstore poteter, hver kuttet i Œtte biter

200 ml suppekraft av storfe

20 ml/1 spiseskjeer frisk persille, hakket

25 g timian, uten stilker

20-30 ml/1-2 spiseskjeer maismel salt og pepper

Ha alle ingrediensene i kokekaret, og kok pŒ Sterk (High) i ca. 51Ú2 timer eller Svak (Low) i ca. 7-8 timer. Bland maisennamelet med litt kaldt vann slik at du fŒr en jevn deig. Ta av lokket og tilsett blandingen til kokekaret og r¿r godt. Legg pŒ lokket igjen og kok ytterligere til kraften bobler og har tyknet litt.
