Varm sm¿ret og oljen i en stekepanne. Tilsett kyllingbitene og brun pŒ begge sider. Ha kyllingen over i kokebeholderen. Stek l¿ken og ha den i kokebeholderen sammen med vin, kraft, 2 dusker estragon og krydder. Sett lokket pŒ og kok pŒ Sterk (High) i ca 3 timer eller pŒ Svak (Low) i ca. 6 timer. PŒ slutten av koketiden tar du ut kyllingbitene. Hold dem varme. Bland maisennamelet med litt vann slik at du fŒr en jevn masse og ha i kokebeholderen sammen med fl¿ten. R¿r godt.
