Checking the Tension of the Main Drive Chain

WARNING: Turn off the main power for the processor on the operator control panel and at the circuit breaker to prevent injury from moving parts and high voltage electricity and to prevent losing the processor parameters.

Check that the tension on the main drive chain and all of the drive chains in the transport assemblies of the processor is correct. If any drive chain has more than

0.50in. of movement in the up and down direction, adjust the chain tension or remove a link from the drive chain. To adjust the tension of the main drive chain, change the position of the idler roller.
