WARNING: Turn off the main power to the processor on the operator control panel and at the circuit breaker to prevent injury from moving parts and high voltage electricity and to prevent losing the processor parameters.

Grease the main drive chain in the processor with lithium grease.

Checking the Temperature of the Solutions

After the warm-up period is complete, check that the temperatures of the solutions in the processor are correct. If necessary, calibrate the temperature settings for the solutions in the processor. See “Calibrating the Temperatures” on page 3-35.

Checking and Adjusting the Speed of the Processor

To determine if the processor is operating at the correct speed, run a cleanup sheet through the processor while checking the elapsed time. If needed, adjust the development time. See “Setting the Development Time Tolerance” on page 3-41.
