Cartridge Error: 50C

Your print cartridge has a short.

1Press Power to turn your All-In-One off.

2Unplug your All-In-One.

3Plug in your All-In-One.

4Turn your All-In-One on.

5Remove and reinstall the cartridges.

Note: If this does not resolve the problem, see “More troubleshooting options” on page 103 or replace your cartridges.

Hardware Error: 502

The All-In-One is stalled.

1Press Power to turn your All-In-One off.

2Unplug your All-In-One.

3Check for paper jams.

4Plug in your All-In-One.

5Press Power to turn your All-In-One on.
