	Symptom:	Problem:	Solution:
	Cannot	Is the paper loaded correctly?	See “Load plain paper into the
	receive fax		paper support” on page 24 or
			“Load an original document into
			the ADF” on page 28.

		Are the sticker and tape	Remove the sticker, transparent

			fax transmissions, disable this
			feature before sending or
			receiving a fax. Call your
			telephone company to obtain the
			keypad sequence for temporarily
			disabling Call Waiting.

	Received	Is the original fax loaded upside	Make sure the original fax is
