Installation of the inverter

2 INSTALLATION AND WIRING

2.1 Installation of the inverter

!Install the inverter under the following conditions.

Vertical mounting Ambient temperature and humidity

			Measurement

Vertical	Temperature: -10°C to 50°C
	Humidity: 90%RH maximum.
	Leave enough clearances and take
	cooling measures.

These clearances are also necessary for changing the cooling fan.

*1cm or more for 2.2K or less.

!The inverter consists of precision mechanical and electronic parts. Never install or handle it in any of the following conditions as doing so could cause an operation fault or failure.

Direct sunlight

Vertical mounting When installing two or more inverters, install them in parallel.

Vibration	High temperature,
(5.9m/s2 or more)	high humidity

Oil mist, flammable gas,

Transportation by corrosive gas, fluff, holding front cover. dust etc.

Horizontal placement

Mounting on combustible material

!Wiring cover and handling (15K or less for the 200V class, 18.5K or less for the 400V class)

Cut the protective bushes of the wiring cover with	Remove the corresponding protective bushes and

WARNING

Do not remove the protective bushes when cable conduits are not connected. Otherwise, the cable sheathes may be scratched by the wiring cover edges, resulting in a short circuit or earth (ground) fault.
