LOS

RED LOS LED is ON when the PRI interface is detecting no

 

signal (pulses) on the network interface receiver. When a LOS

 

condition exists, the PRI interface transmits unframed all ones

 

(AIS) to the network.

 

 

 

 

 

 

ATTN

The ATTN (Attention) LED is amber and ON when the Remote

 

Annex 6300 requires operator attention. The LED is flashing

 

when there is a problem.

 

 

 

 

 

 

STAT

The STAT (Status) LED is green and ON after the Remote Annex

 

6300 passes the core power-up diagnostics. The LED flashes after

 

resetting the Remote Annex 6300.

 

 

 

 

 

 

TRAF

The TRAF (Traffic) LED is green and flashing when the Remote

 

Annex 6300 successfully transmits or receives data from the

 

LAN.

 

 

 

 

 

 

SETUP

The SETUP LED is green when the

The Reset button is used to:

When the Reset button is pressed (ON), the SETUP LED is green and the Remote Annex 6300 enters Setup mode. In this mode, configuration data is entered via the Console Terminal prior to booting the operational software.

Reset the Remote Annex 6300.

When the Reset button is pressed and held for 3 seconds, the SETUP LED flashes and the Remote Annex 6300 begins to execute its power-up diagnostics. If the Reset button is depressed again within 5 to 10 seconds, the Remote Annex 6300 enters Setup mode and waits for configuration information to be entered.
