Remote Annex 6300 Dumps

The Remote Annex 6300 dumps its memory image to a host running load server software when certain software or hardware events occur. Table 4-9 shows the LED states during a dump.

Dump files are generated for use by technical support personnel only.

Events that trigger Remote Annex 6300 dumps are:

❑Non-recoverable hardware or software errors.

❑Software fails to reset the Remote Annex 6300’s watchdog timer.

❑Software fails one or more internal consistency checks.

❑Hardware detects an internal fault.
