1Bandindicator
Showswhich band the radio is tuned to,
MW/LWor FM.
2Presetnumber indicator
Showswhich preset has been selected.
3Frequencyindicator
Showsthe frequency to which the tuner is
tuned.
4Batterystrength indicator
Showsthe battery strength of cellular
phone.

fromthe actual battery strength.
5Signallevel indicator
Showsthe signal strength of cellular phone.
!Signallevel indicator may differ fromthe
actualsignal level.
6Stereo(5) indicator
Showswhen the selected frequency is
beingbroadcast in stereo.
1 PressSOURCE to select the tuner.
PressSOURCE until you see TUNER dis-
played.
2 PressBAND to select a band.
PressBAND until the desired band is dis-
played,FM1,FM2 for FM or MW/LW.
3 Toperform manual tuning, push
MULTI-CONTROLleft or right.
Thefrequencies move up or down step by
step.
4 Toperform seek tuning, push and hold
MULTI-CONTROLleft or right for about one
secondand release.
Thetuner will scan the frequencies untila
broadcaststrong enough for good reception is
found.
#Youcan cancel seek tuning by pushing
MULTI-CONTROLleft or right.
#Ifyou push and hold MULTI-CONTROL left or
rightyou can skip stations. Seek tuning starts as
soonas you release MULTI-CONTROL.
