MULTI-CONTROLright recalls the last track of
thedisc.

Using disc title functions
Youcan input CD titles and display the title.
Thenext time you insert a CD for whichyou
haveentered a title, the title of that CD will be
displayed.

Entering disc titles

Usethe disc title input feature to store up to
48CD titles in the unit. Each title can be upto
10characters long.
1 Playthe CD that you want to enter a
titlefor.
2 PressFUNCTION and hold until TITLE IN
appearsin the display.
#Whenplaying a CD TEXT disc, you cannot
switchto TITLE IN. The disc title will have already
beenrecorded on a CD TEXT disc.
3 PushMULTI-CONTROL up or down to
selecta letter of the alphabet.
Eachtime MULTI-CONTROL is pushed up, let-
tersof the alphabet are displayed in A B C ... X
YZorder,numbers and symbols in 1 2 3 ... @
#<order.Each time MULTI-CONTROL is
pusheddown, letters are displayed in Z Y X ...
CBAorder.
4 PushMULTI-CONTROL right to move
thecursor to the next character position.
Whenthe letter you want is displayed, push
MULTI-CONTROLright to move the cursor to
thenext position and then select the next let-
ter.Push MULTI-CONTROL left to move back-
wardsin the display.
5 Movethe cursor to the last position by
pushingMULTI-CONTROL right after enter-
ingthe title.
Whenyou push MULTI-CONTROL right one
moretime, the entered title is stored in mem-
ory.
6 PressBAND to return to the playback
display.
Notes
!Titlesremain in memory, even after the disc
hasbeen removed from the unit, and are re-
calledwhen the disc is reinserted.
!Afterdata for 48 discs has been stored in
memory,data for a new disc will overwrite the
oldestone.
!Ifyou connect a multi-CD player, you can
inputdisc titles for up to 100 discs.
