Fine-adjusting equalizer curve

Youcan adjust the center frequency and the Q
factor(curve characteristics) ofeach currently
selectedcurve band (EQ-L/EQ-M/EQ-H).

1 PressAUDIO and hold until frequency
andthe Q factor (e.g., F- 80:Q1W) appears
inthe display.
2 PressAUDIO to select the band forad-
justmentfrom among low, mid and high.
PressAUDIO repeatedly to switch between
thefollowing functions:
Low—Mid—High
3 PushMULTI-CONTROL left or right to
selectthe desired frequency.
Eachtime MULTI-CONTROL is pushed left or
right,frequencies are selected in the following
order:
Low:40—80—100—160 (Hz)
Mid:200—500—1k—2k (Hz)
High:3k—8k—10k—12k (Hz)
4 PushMULTI-CONTROL up or down to
selectthe desired Q factor.
Eachtime MULTI-CONTROL is pushed up or
down,Q factor is selected in thefollowing
order:
2N—1N—1W—2W

Adjusting loudness
Loudnesscompensates for deficiencies in the
low-and high-sound ranges at low volume.
1 PressAUDIO to select LOUD.
PressAUDIO until LOUD appears in the dis-
play.
2 PushMULTI-CONTROL up to turn loud-
nesson.
Loudnesslevel (e.g., MID) appears in the dis-
play.
#Toturn loudness off, push MULTI-CONTROL
down.
3 PushMULTI-CONTROL left or right to
selecta desired level.
Eachtime MULTI-CONTROL is pushed left or
right,level is selected in the following order:
LOW(low)—MID (mid)—HI (high)
Using subwoofer output
Thisunit is equipped with a subwoofer output
whichcan be turned on or off.
1 PressAUDIO to select SUB W.
PressAUDIO until SUB W appears in the dis-
play.
#Whenthe subwoofer controller setting is
P/O:FUL, you cannot select SUB W.
2 PushMULTI-CONTROL up to turn sub-
wooferoutput on.
SUBW:NOR appears in the display. Subwoo-
feroutput is now on.
