Youcan use this unit to control an iPod adapter,
whichis sold separately.
Theseare the basic steps necessar y to operate

1Songnumber indicator
Showsthe number of song played in the se-
lectedlist.
!Ifthe number of songs is more than
10000, last 4-digitof thenumber ofsong
isdisplayed.
2Playtime indicator
Showsthe elapsed playing time of the cur-
rentsong.
3Batterystrength indicator
Showsthe battery strength of cellular
phone.
!Batterystrength indicator may differ
fromthe actual battery strength.
4Signallevel indicator
Showsthe signal strength of cellular phone.
!Signallevel indicator may differ fromthe
actualsignal level.
1 PressSOURCE to select the iPod.
PressSOURCE until you see IPOD displayed.
2 Toperform fast forward or reverse,
pushand hold MULTI-CONTROL left or
right.
3 Toskip back or forward to another
track,push MULTI-CONTROL left or right.
PushingMULTI-CONTROL right skips to the
startof the next track. Pushing
MULTI-CONTROLleft once skips to the start
ofthe current track. Pushing again will skip to
theprevious track.
Selecting a playlist
Youcan select a playlist from your iPod play-
list.
%PushMULTI-CONTROL up or down to
selecta playlist.
#Playlistname is displayed for four seconds.
#Ifno songs have been stored in playlist, STOP
isdisplayed and playback stops.
Displaying textinformation on iPod
Textinformation recorded on the iPod can be
displayed.
%PressDISPLAY.
PressDISPLAY repeatedly to switch between
thefollowing settings:
PlaytimeSONG TITLE (song title)
ARTISTNAME (artist name)ALBUM TITLE
(albumtitle)
#Ifthe characters recorded on the iPod are not
compatiblewith this unit, those characters will
notbe displayed.
