Theequalizer lets you adjust the equalization
tomatch car interior acoustic characteristics
asdesired.

Recalling equalizer curves

Thereare six stored equalizer curves which
youcan easily recall at any time. Here is a list
ofthe equalizer curves:

1 PressAUDIO to select POWERFUL.
PressAUDIO until POWERFUL appears in the
display.
#Ifthe equalizer curve has been previouslyse-
lected,the curve of that previously selected will
bedisplayed instead of POWERFUL.
2 PushMULTI-CONTROL left or right to
selectthe equalizer.
Eachtime MULTI-CONTROL is pushed left or
right,equalizer curves areselected in the fol-
lowingorder:

Adjusting equalizer curves

Youcan adjust the currently selected equalizer
curvesetting as desired.Adjusted equalizer
curvesettings are memorized inCUSTOM.
1 PressAUDIO to select EQ.
PressAUDIO until EQ appears in the display.
2 PushMULTI-CONTROL left or right to
selectthe equalizer band to adjust.
Eachtime MULTI-CONTROL is pushed left or
right,equalizer bands are selected in the fol-
lowingorder:
EQ-L(low)EQ-M (mid)EQ-H (high)
3 PushMULTI-CONTROL up or down to
adjustthe level of the equalizer band.
Eachtime MULTI-CONTROL is pushed up or
down,the level of the equalization band in-
creasesor decreases.
+6to ��6is displayed as the level is increased
ordecreased.
#Youcan then select another band and adjust
thelevel.
