Clearing memory
Youcan clear memory of each item; Phone
Book,dialled/received/missed call histor y list
andpreset phone number.
1 PressFUNCTION and hold until phone
usersetting (e.g., PHONE 1) appears in the
display,then press FUNCTION to select
CLRMEMO.
Afterphone user setting is displayed, press
FUNCTIONuntil CLR MEMO appears in the
display.
2 PushMULTI-CONTROL left or right to
selectthe desired item.
Eachtime MULTI-CONTROL is pushed left or
right,the items are selected in the following
order:
PHBOOK (phone book)—MISSED (missed
callhistory)—DIALLED (dialled call histor y)—
RECEIVE(received call history)—PRESET (pre-
setphone numbers)—ALL (delete all memor y)
#Ifyou select ALL, all memory regardless of
itemswill be cleared.
#Ifguest phone is connected to this unit via
Bluetoothwireless technology, PH BOOK cannot
beselected.
3 PushMULTI-CONTROL up to determine
theitem that you want to delete from this
unit.
CLEARMEMORY :YES is displayed. Clearing
memoryis now on standby.
#Ifyou do not want to clear memory that you
haveselected, push MULTI-CONTROL down to
returnto CLR MEMO.
4 Pushand hold MULTI-CONTROL up to
clearthe memory.
CLEARis displayed and data on the selected
itemis cleared from this unit’s memor y.
Using the Call History
Theten most recent calls made (dialled), re-
ceivedand missed, together with their times
anddates, are stored in the Call Histor y.You
canbrowse the Call Histor y and call numbers
fromit.

Displaying the Call History

TheCall History isdivided into three groups:
Missedcalls, Dialled calls, and Received calls.
Youcan see the time and date of the call, as
wellas the number (and name if the number
isin the Phone Book).
1 PressFUNCTION to select the desired
list.
PressFUNCTION to select the list for making
acall from among MISSED LIST,
DIALLEDLIST and RECEIVED LIST.
#Ifno phone numbers have been stored in the
selectedlist, NO DATA is displayed.
2 PushMULTI-CONTROL up or down to
selectthe desired phone number.
Eachtime MULTI-CONTROL is pushed up or
down,the phone number stored in the list is
changed.
#Ifa call you received is anonymous, reception
dateand time are displayed.
