4Enter the number of the remote machine using the number keypad.
To enter the number, you can also press a
5Press Enter to confirm the number on the LCD display. The display asks you to enter another fax number to send the document.
6To enter another fax number, select “1.YES” and repeat step from 4. You can add up to 25 destinations.
Note that you cannot use Group dial numbers for another fax number.
7To send to one location or when you complete the last fax number setting, select “2.NO”.
8The LCD display asks you to enter a name. If you want to assign a name to the transmission, enter the name. If not, skip over this step.

9 Press Enter. The display shows the current time and asks | 7 |

10 Enter the time by using the number keypad.
To select AM or PM for

. If you set a time earlier than the current time, the document will be sent at that time on the following day.
11 Press Enter when the start time displays correctly.
12 The document will be scanned into the memory before transmission. The display shows the memory capacity and the number of pages being stored in the memory.
13 The product returns to Standby mode and the LCD display reminds you that you are in Standby mode and that Delayed Transmission is set.
