Regarding the Battery

■Battery pack performance decreases when the surrounding temperature is 10°C (50°F) or below, and the battery life becomes shorter. In that case, do one of the following so that the durability of the battery life can be extended for a longer period of time.

-Put the battery pack in a pocket to warm it up, and insert it in your Sports Camcorder immediately prior to use.

-Use a large capacity battery pack (Optional).

■Be sure to set the switch to OFF when not recording or playing back. The battery power is also consumed in standby mode and play back pause.

■Have your battery packs ready for two or three times the expected recording time, and make trial recordings before make the actual recording.

■Do not expose the battery pack to water. The battery pack is not water resistant.

■Keep the battery out of reach of children. If it is swallowed, seek medical assistance immediately.

■Wipe the battery with a clean dry cloth to ensure proper contact.

■Do not pick up the battery using metal tools as this may cause a short circuit.

■Do not short the battery or dispose of the battery in fire.

Do not disassemble the battery. The battery could explode or catch fire.

■Use only recommended batteries and accessories. Use of batteries not expressly recommended for this equipment may cause an explosion or leakage, resulting in fire, injury or damage to the surroundings.

■Install the battery according to the instructions. Improperly installed batteries can cause damage to the camcorder.

■When you do not use for a long time, remove the battery pack and *batteries. (*:VP-X105L/X110L only)

Otherwise, the battery may leak. To avoid damage to the product, be sure to remove the battery when no charge remains.

■Remove the batteries from the external camera during extended periods of non-use. To prevent damage to the external camera, immediately remove spent or expired batteries from the external camera as they may breakdown or leak. (VP-X105L/X110Lonly)

■Change the batteries if the lamp of external camera doesn't turn on or blinks when you powered. (VP-X105L/X110L only)

■Never use new batteries together with batteries that have been used in

126other devices. (VP-X105L/X110L only)

■Pfii okolní teplotû 10°C nebo niωí v˘kon baterie poklesne a zkrátí se její Ïivotnost. V tomto pfiípadû proveìte nûkteré z následujících opatfiení umoÏÀující prodlouÏení Ïivotnosti baterie.

-Baterii vloÏte do kapsy, aby se zahfiála, a do videokamery ji vloÏte aÏ tûsnû pfied pouÏitím.

-PouÏívejte vysokokapacitní baterii (volitelnû).

■Pokud nenatáãíte ani nepfiehráváte, nezapomeÀte vypínaã pfiepnout do polohy OFF. Energie baterie se spotfiebovává i pohotovostním reÏimu a bûhem pozastaveného pfiehrávání.

■Mûjte pfiipravenou baterii na dvoj- nebo trojnásobek pfiedpokládané doby záznamu a pfied zahájením záznamu "na ostro" proveìte zkou‰ku.

■Baterie nevystavujte úãinkÛm vody. Baterie není vodotûsná.

■Baterii uchovávejte mimo dosah dûtí. V pfiípadû spolknutí vyhledejte okamÏitû lékafiskou pomoc.

■Baterii otfiete ãistou a suchou tkaninou, aby mûla fiádn˘ kontakt.

■Baterii nezvedejte pomocí kovov˘ch nástrojÛ, mohlo by dojít ke zkratu.

■Baterii nezkratujte ani nevhazujte do ohnû.

Baterii nerozebírejte, mohla by explodovat nebo zaãít hofiet.

■PouÏívejte pouze doporuãené baterie a pfiíslu‰enství. Pfii pouÏití baterií, které nebyly pro toto zafiízení v˘slovnû schváleny, mÛÏe nastat exploze nebo únik elektrolytu s následkem poÏáru, zranûní nebo po‰kození okolí.

■Baterie instalujte dle pokynÛ. Pfii nesprávnû nainstalovan˘ch bateriích mÛÏe dojít k po‰kození videokamery.

■Pokud nebudete zafiízení del‰í dobu pouÏívat, *baterie vyjmûte, jinak mÛÏe dojít k úniku elektrolytu. Vybitou baterii nezapomeÀte vyjmout, aby nedo‰lo k po‰kození zafiízení. (*:pouze VP-X105L/X110L)

■Bûhem del‰ího období nevyuÏívání vyjmûte baterie z externího objektivu. Aby nedo‰lo k jeho po‰kození, okamÏitû z nûj vyjmûte vybité nebo pro‰lé baterie, protoÏe by mohlo dojít k jejich rozpadu nebo úniku elektrolytu. (pouze VP-X105L/X110L)

■Pokud se kontrolka externí kamery nerozsvítí nebo pfii zapnutí bliká, baterie vymûÀte. (pouze VP-X105L/X110L)

■Nové baterie nikdy nepouÏívejte spoleãnû s bateriemi, které byly pouÏívány v jiném zafiízení. (pouze VP-X105L/X110L)
