Inserting and Removing Expansion Cards

1.Open the door to the expansion card slot by lifting the left edge of the door and then rotating the door downward.

2.Do either of the following:

■To insert an expansion card, hold your Treo with the screen facing you and the card with the label facing you, and then insert the card into the expansion card slot until you feel it lock into place. (The contacts on the card should be facing away from you.)

■To remove an expansion card, press the card into the expansion card slot until it is released from the slot.

Tip

Your Treo has a push-push mechanism: push in gently to insert a card; push in gently to remove it.

If the Ringer switch is set to Sound On, you hear a confirmation tone when you insert or remove an expansion card.

Opening Applications on an Expansion Card

After you insert an expansion card into the expansion card slot, you can open any of the applications stored on the expansion card.
