Using Your Today Screen

From your Today screen you can quickly look up a contact, make a call, see your latest calendar appointments, see the number of unread email messages, and do a Web search.

▶To access your Today screen, press Power/End .

Tip

You can also access your Today screen by pressing Start and selecting

Today.

2.Dial Lookup: Enter a few letters of a contact’s name to look up a number, or simply

enter the number itself. Press Phone/Talk or Center to make the call. See “Dialing by Contact Name” on page 77 for more information.

3.Point of Interest Lookup: Enter the type of location you want to find and press

Center to view a list of search results. See “Finding a Point of Interest” on page 182 for details.
