Tip

When you save a new workbook, it is automatically named BookX (where X

 

 

is the next number in a sequence) and then placed in the workbook list.

 

 

 

 

 

 

To insert a symbol, place the insertion point where you want the symbol.

 

 

Press Menu (right softkey) and select Insert > Symbol. Highlight the

 

 

symbol you want to insert, and then select Insert.

 

 

 

 

 

Creating a Workbook From a Template

1.Go to the workbook list.

2.Select the list in the upper-left corner, select More Folders > Templates.

3.Open the template you want to use, and enter the information you want to include in the template.

4.Press Menu (right softkey) and select File > Save As.

5.Select Name and enter a new name for the workbook.

6.Select the Folder list, and then select the folder where you want to save the workbook.

7.Select the Type list, and select Excel 2007 Workbook.

8.Select Save.

Productivity

Tip

To create a new template from a workbook, open the workbook you want to save as a template. Press Menu (right softkey) and select File>Save As. Select Name and then enter a name for the template. Select the Folders list and select Templates. Select Type and select Excel 2007 Template. Press

OK.
