Thiscommand establishes new or default locations for the scalingpoints P1
andP2 relativeto the pictureframe size. PI and P2 are used bythe Scale (SC)
command to establish user-unit scaling. IR can also be used in advanced
techniquessuch asprinting mirrorimages,enlarging/reducing drawings,and
enlarging/reducingrelative character size,or changing label(text) direction.
Thecoordinates ofpoints P1 and P2 areexpressed as percentage of thewidth
(height) of the picture frame.

This command sets the position and size of the soft-clip window and
determinesthe effectiveclip window asthe intersection ofthe printablearea,
the logicalpage, the picture frame and the soft-clip window.
The meanings of parameters are:

y[l y-coordinate of lower leftcomer of soft-clip window
