Cleaning the Printer
Cleaning the Density Sensor
When the printers density sensor is dirty, follow the procedure below to clean it.
CAUTION
•Do not touch the edge of the plate at the upper side of the transfer roll cartridge because it is sharp.
1.Turn off the printer.
2.Push up the button 1 and fully open the front cover 2.
3. Grip the tabs at both ends of the transfer roll cartridge and gently lift it out of the printer.
NOTE: Do not touch inside the printer with your hands. Some parts may be hot. Allow time for the printer to cool before attempting to remove parts in this area.
