9Remove the CPU module.
Removing the CPU module
10Install a new CPU module following the same procedure as for extension modules.
NOTE: Do not push the fin section of heat sink of the CPU module. This may cause deformation of the heat sink.
Push the CPU module until both ends of it become horizontal on the left and right sides, and confirm that it was inserted completely.
11Install the fan duct and fix it with two screws.
