Remedy When Windows NT/2000 is Unusable

NOTE: If one of the devices has malfunctioned on a system equipped with a redundant Hard Disk Drive (HDD), the malfunctioning device can be hot-swapped.

Remedy When Windows NT/2000 is Unusable

If you cannot solve the problem yourself on a system on which the OS does not boot up or Windows NT/2000 is unusable, confirm and record the following information before contacting Toshiba Technical Support.

cProduct name and model number of the server

cSerial number of the server

cList of hardware and software components installed in the server

cBrief statement of the trouble

cFrequency of occurrence of the trouble

cEnvironment where the trouble occurred

cMethod of simulating the trouble
