Basic Printer Control Panel Operations

The printer must be in the offline mode before settings can be changed. Pressing the <Menu> key switches the printer to the offline mode and displays the menu screen.

Button Functions

The following buttons are used to navigate the menu screen.

<Set> key

Switches the printer to the offline mode and displays the menu screen. The printer returns to the online mode when this button is pressed again.

Displays the previous menu item or value on the same menu level.

Displays the next menu item or value on the same menu level.

Displays the lower level menu item.

Displays the higher level menu item.

Accepts the value selected by the user.

An asterisk [*] displays on the right side of the value once it is selected by pressing the <Set> key.
