9Click Printing Preferences.

The Printing Preference dialog box appears.

10Select the default settings for your printer, such as the default media format you use, on the appropriate tabs.

11Click Apply.

12Click OK to exit from the Print preference dialog box.

13Click OK to exit from the Properties dialog box.

1Choose the driver’s properties as follows:

„From the Start menu, choose Settings, and then Printers to display the Printers directory. Right-click the Phaser 6120 PPD printer icon and choose Properties.

2Select the Device Options tab.

3Check that the installed options are correctly listed. If not, proceed with the next step. Otherwise, continue with step 6.

4From the Installable options list, select an option, one at a time, and then select Installed or Not Installed from the Change setting for: menu.

5Click Apply.

6Select the default settings for your printer, such as the default media format you use, on the appropriate tabs.

7Click Apply.

8Click OK.
