<Under looper adjustment>
1.Turn the machine pulley to move the under looper q to the far left position.
2.Loosen the bolt w and adjust the distance between the under looper q tip and the needle center to 3.8 mm (When sewing mock safety stitches, you can adjust the distance to 3.5 mm for
3.Raise the needle from the down position, and when the under looper q tip and the needle center are aligned, adjust the under looper q so that it contacts the needle by 0 - 0.05 mm.
<Movable needle guard adjustment>
1.Raise the needle from the down position, and align the under looper q tip with the center of the needle.
2.Loosen the bolt e and move the movable needle guard r to adjust the gap between the needle and the under looper q to 0 - 0.05 mm.
<Needle guard F adjustment>
Raise the needle from the down position, and when the under looper q tip and the needle center are aligned, loosen the screw t and adjust the gap between the needle guard F y and the needle to 0.05 - 0.2 mm (for fine thread of #50 or lower) or 0.2 - 0.3 mm (for thick thread of #30 or more).
<Unterer Greifer>
1.Den unteren Greifer q durch Drehen der Riemenscheibe ganz nach links zu stellen.
2.Die Schraube w lösen und den Abstand zwischen der Greiferspitze q und der Nadelmitte auf 3,8 mm einstellen (Beim Nähen von falschen Sicherheitsstichen läßt sich der Abstand für eine extragroßen Hub auf 3,5 mm einstellen.).
3.Die Nadel anheben und wenn die Spitze des unteren Greifers q auf die Nadelmitte ausgerichtet ist, den unteren Greifer w so einstellen, daß der Abstand zur Nadel 0 bis 0,05 mm beträgt.
<Einstellung des beweglichen Nadelschutzes>
1.Die Nadel anheben und die Spitze des unteren Greifers q auf die Nadelmitte ausrichten.
2.Die Schraube e lösen und den Nadelschutz r verschieben, um den Abstand zwischen der Nadel und dem unteren Greifer q auf 0 bis 0,05 mm einzustellen.
<Einstellung des Nadelschutzes F>
Heben Sie die Nadel von der ganz abgesenkten Position an, bis die untere Greiferspitze q auf die Nadel ausgerichtet ist. Lösen Sie die Schraube t, um den Abstand zwischen dem Nadelschutz F y und der Nadel auf 0,05 - 0,2 mm für feines Garn (von #50 oder weniger), bzw . auf 0,2 - 0,3 mm für dickes Garn (von #30 oder mehr) einzustellen.
