6.Using the arrow keys, highlight the desired Trap IP Address field.

7.Enter the IP address of the workstation to which you want the EMM-E6 to send traps. Use the XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX format with the value of XXX ranging from 0 to 254.

8.Using the arrow keys, highlight the SAVE command.

9.Press the Return key. The message “SAVED OK” appears.

NOTE

If you exit without saving, you lose all edits.

10.Exit the screen by either pressing the appropriate Function key to go directly to the desired LM screen, or by using the arrow keys to highlight the desired LM screen or the RETURN command, and then pressing the Return key. Using the RETURN command takes you back to the Feature Selection Screen.

The designated workstations, if properly configured and utilizing SNMP compliant remote management software, will now receive SNMP traps from the EMM-E6.
