Whenthe facsimilerings,pickup the handsetWhile. the facsimileis ringing,the usernamepreviously registeredfor the ring patternis displayed.

lf thereis an answeringmachineconnectedto your facsimile,whileyourfacsimilerings,the answering machineis connectedto the circuit.Theanswering machinecanthenanswernormallyby playingitsown messageand recordingthe caller'smessage.
