Beforeyoucanreceivedocumentsor makecopies, youmusthavethepaperloadedanda cartridge installedinthefaxprinterarea.

Bubblejet cartridgescontainwet ink. To prevent themfromdryingout,neveropentheirsealedpacks untilyou arereadyto installthe cartridge.

To ensureoptimumprintouts,useallthe ink in a cartridgewithinoneyearafterunpackingthe cartridge.

Storecartridgesout of the reachof smallchildren. The ink in the cartridgecontainsisopropylalcohol. The bubblejet cartridgemustbe replacedwhen:(1) the cartridgehasalreadybeenusedfor over one year,and (2)the printis not clearor hasmissing dots evenafterheadcleaninghasbeenexecuted5 timesor more.

Afteryou removea usedcartridge,discardit immediatelyUsed.cartridgescannotbe refilledwith ink.

Bubblejet cartridgescan stain. Nevertouchthe wet headof the bubblejet cartridge,and neverlay it down on a surfaceit couldstain.

Theink in the cartridgecan stainyour handsand clothing.Nevershakethe bubblejet cartridgeafter you removethe protectivetapefromthe printhead. Ink mayspillon yourhandsor clothing.

Bubblejet cartridgeyielddependson several factors,includingprintstyles,largeor boldtext,and printinggraphicsor photoswhichusemoreink.
