Take Your Calls from Another Extension

If you wish to take your calls from another location, you can instruct the PBX to pass your calls to another internal or external number. This option must be set at your extension.

1.Click .

2.Select the Forwarding tab.

3.Enter the required number into the Follow Me to Number box.

4.Click OK or press Enter.

5.The title bar of Phone Manager Pro indicates that Follow to has been set.

To cancel

1.Click .

2.Select the Forwarding tab.

3.Remove the extension number from the Follow Me to Number box.

4.Click OK or press Enter.
