Protect the Product from Lightning
In addition to disconnecting t he AC pow er fr om the w all outlet, dis connect the signa l inputs.
Verify the Power Source from the On/Off Power Light
When the on/off power li ght is not ill uminated, t he apparatus m ay stil l be connected to the power
source. T he li ght ma y go out when the a pparat us is turned of f, regar dless of w hether it i s still plugged
into an AC power source.
Eliminate AC Mains Overloads

Handling Optional, Rechargeable Battery
This product may contain a rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery to provide stand-by o perati on in the
event of a n AC power f ailure.
Heed the following warning, follow the Battery Safety and Battery Disposal instructions below, and see
the instr uctions later in thi s gui de f or hand ling, repla cing, a nd di sposi ng of t he battery.
WARNING: Ther e is danger of e xplosion if the ba ttery is mishandled or incorr ectly
replaced. Replace only with the same type of battery. Do not disassemble it or attempt
to re charg e it outside the s ystem . Do not c rush, punctur e, dis pose of in f ire, short the
external contacts, or expose to water or other liquids. Dispose of the battery in
accordance with local regulations and instructions from your service provider.
