3bananes moyennes mûres

2 œufs

120mL (1⁄2 tasse) de margarine ou de beurre, coupé en morceaux et ramolli

45mL (3 c. à soupe) de babeurre

5mL (1 c. à soupe) de vanille

235 mL (1 tasse) de sucre

7mL (11⁄2 c. à thé) de poudre à pâte

2mL (1⁄2 c. à thé) de bicarbonate de soude

2 mL (1⁄2 c. à thé) de sel

1mL (1⁄4 c. à thé) de cannelle

475mL (2 tasses) de farine tout-usage*

1pot de 92 g (3,25 oz) de noix macadamia

Placer le disque éminceur de 2 mm dans le bol à préparation. Ajouter les bananes. Faire tourner le robot pour trancher.

Remplacer le disque éminceur par la lame polyvalente dans le bol de travail. Ajouter les œufs, le beurre, le babeurre, la vanille et le sucre. Faire tourner le robot jusqu’à l’obtention d’un mélange crémeux, environ 45 secondes. Ajouter la poudre à pâte, le bicarbonate de soude, le sel et la cannelle. Verser dans un moule à pain de 23 x 12,7 x 7,6 cm (9 x 5 x 3 po) graissé et fariné. Faire cuire à 177 °C (350 °F) pendant 55 à 60 minutes ou jusqu’à ce qu’un cure-dent inséré au centre en ressorte propre. Laisser refroidir dans le moule pendant 10 minutes. Démouler et laisser refroidir complètement sur une grille.
