Programming for a centralized automated attendant is the same as for a local automated attendant with the following differences:
■If incoming calls at remote systems are to be answered by the centralized automated attendant, establish a VMI calling group at each remote system. The extension for the VMI calling group at the remote systems does not have to be the same at all systems.
