COMPUTER TO RADIO COMMUNICATION ERROR CODES

Error code		Description
08	CRC error
Possible corrective action:	Retry operation.
09	No Acknowledgment received
Possible corrective actions:	1.	Check radio’s battery.
	2.	Check power to the RIB.
11	Busy high after pulled low
Possible corrective actions:	1.	Check COM port selection on Set Up screen.
	2.	Check COM port.
	3.	Check RIB-to-PC connections.
	4.	Check power to the RIB.

NOTE

A low-level hum or buzz in the received audio MAY be experienced when TPL code OZ (254.1 Hz) is used. This PL code is at the high end of the subaudible frequency range and may be heard in the audio under certain circumstances. Use of this code should be avoided if possible.
