| SMTP Server User ID | alphanumeric | Identifier used by FaxFinder when interfacing with mail |

| server. FaxFinder uses mail server to send call reports |

| to administrator. Some email servers require |

|
| authentication when accessed for this purpose. To |
|
|
| satisfy this authentication requirement (where needed), a |
|
|
| User ID must be specified for the FaxFinder unit. Leave |
|
|
| this field blank if authentication is not needed. |

|
| SMTP Password | alphanumeric | Password used by FaxFinder unit when accessing mail |
|
|
| server. Leave this field blank if authentication is not |

| Retype SMTP Password | alphanumeric | Reiteration of above password. |

| Backup SMTP Server | n.n.n.n | The Backup SMTP Server can be set up to send |

| received faxes to users, if the primary email server is |

| interrupted. The Active Email Server drop down shows |

| the email server which will be used to send email. If an |

| email attempt fails, the FaxFinder |

| message and automatically switches to the server that is |

| not currently active. This provides a way to ensure |
|

| received faxes are sent when the primary email service |
|
|
| is interrupted. |

| Fax Output Format | PDF (default) | Determines whether the fax message becomes a PDF |

| forwarded or added to a list of multiple documents to be |
