Recording YourActive Greeting

Youmay want to include one or all of the following
options in your greeting so that cal lers will know
theyare available.
•Press1 to send a numeric message.
•Press2 to send an operator-assistedmessage.
(Thisoption is availableonly if you are a
subscriber of Operator A ssisted Messaging.

•Press# to skip the greetingand record a
messageimmediately.
Torec ord or alter your greeting at any time:
1Fromthe main voice mailmenu, press 3to
changeyour greeting.
2Press1to play, press 2to record or
re-record,or press 7to deleteyour active
greeting.
3Recordyour greetingand press #when you
have finished.
4Press** to re turn to the main menu.
Advanced VoiceMail Features

Multiple Greetings

You can create up to five different greetings and
designatewhich greetingwill be your active
greeting at any given time. The gree ting that was
recordedduring your initialvoice mail box setupis
greeting 1. This is your default acti ve greeting.

1Fromthe main voice mailmenu, press 3to
accessthe greetings menu.
2Press4t o modify greetings.
3Enter the greeting number you wish to cre ate or
modify.
4Press2to record a greeting.
5Recordyour greetingand press #when you
have finished.
6Press** to re turn to the main menu.
