CUSTOMER'S SERVICE AREA IS SUBJECT TO
CHANGEAT ANY TIMEIN NEXTEL'S SOLE
DISCRETION. Service qualit ya nd availability
withinCustomer's ServiceArea is also affectedby
conditionsNextel doesnot control, includingthe
Equipment,problemsassociated with
interconnectingcarriers,power failures,"viruses",
obstructions such as build ings or trees, tunnels,
atmospheric,geographicor topographical
conditionsand other conditions.Service also may
belimited or temporarilyunavailabledue to system
capacity limitations or system repairs or
modifications. Nextel also m ay be required during
public safety emergencie s or when system
capacityis otherwise limitedto limit access to the
Nextelnetwork for thosecustomers that are not
thenusing the Serviceand connected to the
networkin order to facilitatecommunicationsby
publicsafety organizationssuch as police andfire
departments.In thisevent, customers that have
priority access Servic e as part of their S ervice Plan
willbe given access to theNextel network before
Nextel's non-priority ac cess customers. Nextel will
notcomplete calls to900, 976 or similar numbers
for pay-per-call servic es. Caller identificat ion
informationmay not be availablefor all incoming
calls.Internationalcalling may be blocked.
7.RATES AND CHARGES - Customer shall pay in
fullall charges for Servicesprovided underthis
Agreementand any ServicePlan that becomes
part of this Agreement, including month ly service
charges,usage charges, taxes,assessments and
anyadditional fees orcharges imposed on
Customer or on Nextel and assoc iated with the
Serviceor the Equipment.Customer is responsible
forall charges or purchasesassociated with
Customer'sNumberand Equipment whetheror not
Customerwas the user ofthe Service or
authorized its use. If Custome r fails to pay any
amounts when due under this Agre ement,
Customershall be in defaultand Nextel shall be
entitledto exerciseany remedies available toit
underthis Agreement or at lawor in equity.
ServiceCharges - Customershall pay all charges
forServices selected by Customeras part of
Customer'sService Plan,and any additional
Services selected by Cust omer. Customer's
ServicePlanwill be offered at therates and subject
totheconditionssetforthintheServicePlan
InformationprovidedtoCustomeratthetimeof
sale. CUSTOMER'S SERVICE PLAN
INFORMATION SHALL BE CONSIDERED PART
OFTHIS AGREEMENT.Rates chargedto
