1After recording your messag e, but before

sending it, press 5for deliver y options.

2Press the number that corresp onds with the

desired delivery option:

•Press 1for urgent.

•Press 2for private.

•Press 3for notification of no n-delivery. At

prompt, specify time an d date.

•Press 4for future delivery o f messages. At

prompt, specify time an d date.

•Press 9tosend the message immediately.

ita unique name. Then, youcan add mail box

numbers,group lists,or individuals. Once you

createalistyoucansendavoicemessageto

everyoneon the list by enteringthe group list

number.Youcanhaveupto40grouplists.Each

listcanholdupto50addresses.

2Press2to access your Group Lists.

3Press2to create a Group List.

4Enterthe 1- or 2-digit grouplist number and

press #.

5Recorda name for the listand press #.

6Selectgroup members by mailbox number,

grouplist, or name.

7Press#to save all entries added tothe list.

8Press** to re turn to the main menu.
