ENTIRE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. This
wirelessservice agreement(the "Agreement"),
consistingof these GeneralTerms and Conditions
andthe Plan Informationis an agreement between
you individually or, if a b usiness, your busin ess
entity or corporation ("Custo mer"), and the Nextel
local operating affiliate authorized to pro vide
serviceinthegeographicregioninwhich
Customer's billing addre ss is located ("Nextel").
Shouldthere be any conflictbetween this
Agreement and the terms and condi tions of the
currentService Agreement or Subscriber
Agreement or other agreem ent between Customer
andNextel covering theEquipment (as defined
below)accompanyingthis User's Guide, the terms
andcon ditions of the current Servi ce Agreement or
SubscriberAgreementor other agreement will
control. Customer repres ents that (1) he or she is
atleast 18 years of ageand is legally competentto
enterinto this Agreement;(2) if acting on behalf of
anentity,heorsheisfullyauthorizedtobindthe
entity;(3) if actingon behalf of a corporation,the
executionof this Agreementhas been authorized
byal l necessary corpora te actions. These serv ices
mayi nclude, but are not limited to, wire less calling,
DirectConnectSM walkie-talkie services,
NationwideDirect ConnectSMwalkie-talkie
services,Group ConnectSMwalkie-talkie services,
wirelessweb services includingemail services
("NextelOnlin e®Services"), mobile me ssaging
servicesincluding two-waymessaging and SMS
services("Mobile Messaging")and other related
services and features. T ogether, the services
selectedby Customer makeup Customer's
"ServicePlan" and are collectivelyreferred to in
this Agreement as the "Servic e" provided to
Customer.Service is accessibleto Customer
through the telephone, data, em ail or messaging
codeor number(s) or emailaddress(es)
(collectively, the "Number(s)") assigned to
Customer's account. This Ag reement also governs
the purchase and/or use of Custo mer's cellular
phone("Phone"), BlackBerry®,radio equipment
and all other related equipment orde vices used in
connectionwith the Service("Equipment"). This
Agreement governs the e ntire relations hip between
Customerand Nextel and supersedesall earlier
versionsof any agreementbetween Customer and
Nextel. Customer acknow ledges receipt of deta iled
information ("Plan Information ") for each Service
selected by Customer. ALL PLA N INFORMATION
ISMAD E PART OF THIS AGREEMENT AND
SHOULD BE CAREFULLY REVIEWED BY
CUSTOMER. If Plan Information conflicts with th is
Agreement, this Agreem ent shall govern. IN
